This database is intended to assist orthopaedic surgeons practicing in the State of Florida with quality data and public records information on orthopaedic closed claims. The objective of the Library is to empower physicians with tools to enable them to evaluate the medical legal climate and play an active role in the prevention of medical errors and maintenance of medical liability claims.

All documents in the library are public records taken from actual court cases in the State of Florida involving orthopaedic surgeons or the practice of orthopaedics. The documents are posted in their entirety and are not screened or editorialized in any manner. Any interested party may voluntarily submit court documents to the Library by using the contact information provided below. All submissions will be verified to ensure they are valid public records from closed cases.

Publication of these documents in no way indicates an opinion as to the validity or scientific accuracy of the testimony.

We are now accepting submissions for web publication of closed case public record deposition and trial testimony by orthopaedic surgeons or involving the practice of orthopaedics.
